The Khamphoui Sisavatdy papers consist of his correspondence, personal documents, notebooks, writings, interactions with human rights organizations, and photographs, and the majority of the collection is in Laos. Also included are records related to Lao organizations including the Union of Lao Organizations and Lao National Liberation Front. He collected news that was relevant to him and the organizations he was connected to, as well as their interactions with U.S. politicians. Additionally included are songs and poetry composed by Khamphoui and others. Many documents are related to his role as prime minister of the Royal Lao Government in Exile, their opposition to the Lao People's Democratic Republic, and their aim to unite Laos under a constitutional monarchy in Laos.
