  • This program looks at the challenges of managing a changing coastline sustainably. It first provides memorable examples of different erosional and depositional coastal landforms along with explanations of how they are formed. It then assesses the challenges and conflicts facing the different stakeholders who live, work and visit the area and assesses how their different needs can be met. The resource provides a cost benefit analysis of both hard and soft management strategies and asks is this coastline sustainable?
