Minutes recording the approval of expenditures; construction and maintenance of streets and sewers; regulation of liquor sales; and the issuance of licenses. Records from 1908-1946 include Board roll calls and oaths of office. Volume 1 contains minutes of meetings concerned with the incorporation of the village in 1908, including a census, a survey of village boundaries, a poll list, and other records filed in Kewaunee Circuit Court which were required for incorporation.

A separate section of Volume 1 contains the treasurer's accounts for 1908-1909 showing revenues and expenditures. In 1945 and 1946 a separate book of minutes (Volume 6) was used for bond proceedings.
