Papers of Almon, a Rhinelander, Wisconsin scientist, teacher, naturalist, and conservationist who established the Almon Recreation Area near Rhinelander in 1968. Included is correspondence, writings and speeches, awards, news clippings, passports, personal papers, a brief biography, a short Almon family genealogy, and photographs.
