Summary

  • This book explores the history of the German Baptist Bretheran in Pennsylvania. It starts in 1560 with the relocation of the Mack family from Switzerland to Schriesheim then in the state of Baden, now present day Germany. Alexander Mack (1679-1735) would become the first minister of the German Baptists and he and others relocated to Pennsylvania in the mid-18th century.
