Records of a group organized in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1988 to provide witnessing at boat landings during Chippewa spearfishing season in northern Wisconsin. The group hoped to lessen tension, harassment, and violence at the landings and to educate the public on the subject of Chippewa treaty rights. Members also documented violence toward and harassment of the Chippewa at the landings. Included is the training manual, flyers, press releases, clippings, and letters.
